“Getting Better” Music Video Release

SEE MORE PROJECTS

The largest cast & crew we’ve worked with to date!

When first approached for this music video, Pop Artist Noah Ford was insistent on only one thing… the dance. He was absolutely certain that this music video just had to include the choreography to bring him out of his shell and leave an impression on viewers. We linked up with Choreographer & Dance Instructor Madison Vickhouse to make it happen, and we were giddy with excitement to see this project take form. This was our largest shoot to date, with many days of location scouting, meetings, and rehearsals until we were finally able to bring it all together in July 2021. We hope you enjoy watching this music video as much as we enjoyed working with Noah Ford to bring it to life!

“Gotta Get It” Music Video Release

SEE MORE PROJECTS

This music video is all about the weekday hustle & grind!

When Ron approached us about this video, he presented the idea of him bouncing between multiple jobs typically considered mundane. We ran with the idea, and scripted out a few different scenes. When he asked us about doing a break in the middle of the video containing a cutscene and collaboration with Cannon Coleon, we knew we were going to end up with a fun, driving final product.

Our second music video for local Rock Band “Suburban Key Party” is out now!

The goal for this video was to create the appearance of a kid’s show starring puppets singing along to the song. Our art department handcrafted all of the set props out of cardboard, and we shot against a chromakey backdrop so we could add further depth via custom animated backdrops. We shot several elements separate from the main scenes and imposed them into the video to add even more depth. This project was unlike anything we’ve worked on prior and we’re very excited with the way that it came out!

WARNING: FLASHING LIGHTS!

Skybound’s “Drag Me Down” has been described by LOWBAT Production Team Member Tyler McLean as a “WWE Intro.” We shot this video was shot at Elevation 27 in Virginia Beach, though we did our best to hide that this video was filmed on a stage at all. Ryan Monostori of Elevation 27 handled the stage lighting for us, and helped us bury the talent in colorful, flashy light shafts.

Neon lights, pizza, video games, & hand drawn VFX!

Wring Out approached us with a simple concept: Video games with the band performing in the back of the room. We worked with them on this idea to make it bigger and bigger until reaching it’s eclectic final form. The video game footage featured in the game is from a homebrew video game created by Wring Out vocalist Joey Perez. We borrowed from the game’s color palette to dress our set, and had the talent wear shirts contrasting the three different background colors we chose. We filled out the back wall with neon signs, and complemented everything with a “Scott Pilgrim” inspired set of hand drawn VFX by our own Amanda DeVleeschower.

“Incandescent” Music Video Release

SEE MORE PROJECTS

Our second music video for local Pop Punk Band “Boxford” is out now!

For our second video with Boxford, we continued the story their EP depicts. Picking up from where “Breathe” left off, months have passed, and the story continues with a somber yet hopeful feeling as they continue to try to move forward with their lives after their friend passed away. The dark subject matter is accompanied by bright & playful visuals as a Friday night tiki-themed party takes place. Throughout, you will see our very own Casey House standing out in the sea of Hawaiian shirts, as he is dressed in business casual attire. It is a very subtle theme that takes place throughout the video, as he is representative of the sadness that still lingers, and the mundane lifestyle of a 9-to-5 worker trying to make it through each day after tragedy strikes. If you are a fan of sad lyrics accompanied by happy and upbeat instrumentals, and a video to match, check this one out!

One of the craziest music videos we’ve ever shot!

When Tom Southern, vocalist/guitarist of Suburban Key Party, approached us to create a music video for this song, he gave us free reign to do whatever we wanted. When Ethan first showed the song to the team, “Scooby Doo” was the first thing brought to mind, so we took that idea and ran a marathon with it. This video was one of the most intense productions we’ve put together, and was shot over a full weekend, across 4 separate locations, and included 12 members of cast & crew, plus the band.

The music video that started it all!

For not only our first video with Boxford, but our first music video as a production company, we were lucky enough to use the stage of the renown VB venue “Shakas.” This video is the first in the “Facade” series, beginning the story of a man finding out his friend tragically passed from suicide. Despite the very serious subject matter, Boxford manages to have a consistent undertone of hope, and this rings true through the visuals accompany the track. Boxford is releasing this video in association with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and asking for donations toward the non-profit on their Facebook page!  If you or a loved one is in crisis, please call the National Suicide prevention hotline at 1-800-273-TALK or contact the Crisis text line by texting TALK to 741741.
